  • Ladybugs Design cannot, and does not, check any submission for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. The design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly.
  • Ladybugs Design does not censor or refuse any material, but neither does it review material to make sure it is in compliance with the law. Ladybugs Design accepts no liability for materials that are subject to copyright or trademark protections or that are otherwise in violation of the law. Ladybugs Design will not be held accountable for possession of illegal materials or illegal use of materials in connection with www.ladybugsdesign.com. Violation of these terms of service will indemnify Ladybugs Design against any legal action.
  • Printing errors attributed to the customer are not subject to free reprint. Customer may correct their issue and reprint the product at 50% of the cost for each item. Shipping will be set as ground for reprints and will be paid for by the customer. Upgrades to shipping will be available at standard rates. Errors caused by Ladybugs Design will be reprinted and shipped free of charge.
  • Ladybugs Design makes no guarantee about time in transit of any shipping methods. In the event an order is lost or misplaced while in transit, a notification of no receipt must be sent via e-mail to ladybugs@ladybugsdesign.com and include the invoice number. Ladybugs Design is allowed 5 business days from the time of notification to respond with one of the resolutions below.
    1) Ladybugs Design will reprint with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. This occurs when lost packages cannot be found.
    2) Ladybugs Design will redirect the lost order with the same delivery terms extending from the time of resolution.
  • Ladybugs Design does not guarantee the turnaround times above on basic ground shipping. Delays on orders placed with ground shipping may occur.
  • Ladybugs Design assumes no liability whatsoever to customers for any lost business or other damages, real or constructive. Buyer assumes full risk of possible delivery delays
  • Ladybugs Design cannot be held responsible for any inability to print on the product after purchase. Ladybugs Design¡¯s products are often coated and can be difficult to print on. UV coated products cannot be printed on, while matte covered products may require commercial printers. Please test using a sample and verify that your printer will work before placing an order. Samples can be ordered online for free. Problems printing on products using after-market printers is not a valid reason for refund or reprint
  • Ladybugs Design does not refund, cancel or credit if the service failure is caused, in whole or in part, by: Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Orders may only be canceled through our website using the order status interface. Orders that have already printed cannot be canceled.
  • Ladybugs Design reserves the right to contact you via phone, e-mail, or post mail regarding current and/or future orders placed with Ladybugs Design. Any customer may opt out of receiving future contact from Ladybugs Design at any time, by unsubscribing from our email correspondence.
  • Ladybugs Design reserves the right to share contact information with its trusted and reputable corporate partners. These partners abide by their own terms of service and privacy policy. Any further information you provide to the third party and any dealings you have with the third party will be governed by the privacy and other policies of that third party.
  • We will never provide your credit card or other payment details to any third party, including our corporate partners.
  • Color fidelity warranted by Ladybugs Design is consistent with industry standards for "pleasing color." Ladybugs Design offers no guarantee of "match-print" or "match-product" color fidelity. Ladybugs Design cannot prevent slight color drift throughout an order. Ladybugs Design cannot calibrate the customers¡¯ computer monitor and therefore does not guarantee that the color printed will match the preview as it appears on the customers monitor.
  • Ladybugs Design ships its products from various locations across Canada . Please be advised that your merchandise may be shipped from any of these locations. If a product needs to reach you by a specific date, please select a shipping method other than ground; otherwise your product may be delayed.
  • You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Ladybugs Design, all parties from whom Ladybugs Design has licensed portions of content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to 1) your breach of these Terms and conditions or 2) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material you incorporated into products that was not part of the standard site content.
